Bitcoin just closed one of its strongest months in a while. From the low $60,000s to a high above $81,000, the 24% gain in August felt like a proper recovery. Right now it’s sitting around $78,000 after a small pullback, and the mood has shifted from pure fear to cautious optimism.
But the calendar has a habit of spoiling the party. September has long been Bitcoin’s weakest month on average, with a historical decline of around 3%. After strong July and August performances in previous cycles, September often delivered a reality check. That pattern is now back in focus.
